Much to my disbelief, there's been a funny rumour spreading around that involves Laksamana's Cikgu Raymie (I don't really know the spelling but I'll assume it's like this, lol) and the field performance teams for both Laksamana and Hulubalang.
I'm not sure who started it, I don't want to know anyway, but the 'story' goes like this: on Friday morning Cikgu Raymie watched the Hulubalangs' practice session, and afterwards said something like, "I won't tell anyone about your moves" or "I'll keep it a secret". Something like that, kali. Then, in the afternoon, Cikgu Raymie was present for OUR practice session, and from what I heard in the rumour, he changed our introduction moves because of Hulubalang.
...
For the sake of avoiding misunderstandings, here's an explanation, an optimistic one from your fellow Laksamana:
1) Cikgu Raymie might have HAD to watch the Hulubalangs practice because he was coincidentally in the same place as he is in charge of the school's band.
2) If he ever said anything about Hulubalang's field performance, the only thing he mentioned was that "Hulubalang is VERY polished", but never said anything about the moves or the formation(s). And he said that during Monday's house meeting, so he must have intended to motivate us.
3) Saying that he 'changed our introduction moves because of Hulubalang' is in my opinion totally wrong. For one thing, he didn't 'change' it, he only told the instructors that it would probably a wise decision to change the introduction moves; so our field performance instructors were the one to think and change the moves.
4) Besides, I don't think Cikgu Raymie had ever really watched our field performance until that day; so it might have been his first time REALLY seeing it. And I bet, even if he didn't get that chance to see Hulubalang, he would've done the same thing (commented us, gave us his opinions and told the team to consider changing the moves).
But I hope whatever I've mentioned above, including the assumptions I made, are true.
So NO worries fellow Hulubalangs. :D
