Nothing Else To Post

Fadhil is a short-tempered friend of mine and until now, he had been the only half-Singaporean I know. Yesterday, talking with Cikgu Yani, she told me that she was also half-S'porean macam Fadhil. If you're wondering why she told me that: Fadhil was answering a phone call from his mum, and I was laughing because of Fadhil's funny imitation (or natural?) of the standard Singaporean Malay (and I really have no idea why Fadhil has to talk that way, walaupun mamanya Singaporean), Cikgu Yani looked puzzled, kinda, so I told her that Fadhil's a Singaporean-Bruneian halfie and she was surprised and told us that she's also one. To my surprise, she also pointed out that she isn't the only teacher who's half-Singaporean, Cikgu Izam and Cikgu Azlan jua.

I know I have no reason to post this. Maybe it's cause I find Singapore a very interesting country. Macam rugged. Or maybe I'm just fond of halfies. HAHAHA apakan.

Banar, cali wah si Fadhil ani. Anyway, that wasn't the only time I listened to Fadhil talking in standard Malay; everytime he has to answer his mum's call, I just can't help myself but laugh. HAHA sorry Dil.
