Little Things

As much as I wanted to keep complaining (in vain) immediately after yesterday's exam about how I thought I messed up my Pure Maths AS paper, something happened which made me get rid of that annoying frustrated I-feel-like-punching-something feeling without any effort. :D

By 'something happened', I meant Fadhil's car broke down. HAHA awuwah, I know it wasn't necessarily a happy thing, but it was fun. The story, in point form (haha), goes like this:

  • Fadhil parked his Pajero near the examination hall (at the girls' hostel) for convenience.
  • He wanted to move his car to the carpark near the basketball court, where he would usually park. So I told him I wanted to follow him.
  • He started the engine, but as soon as he tried changing the gear, the engine stalled. Fadhil tried again and again, but something just wasn't right.
  • As the car was blocking the way of other cars, he wanted the car to be moved to a more convenient spot, so Fadhil and one of the examiners (who came by to help a bit) pushed the car, while I was behind the steering wheel HAHA.
  • After a few amateur checks, we found out that there was oil dripping, and it seemed that the problem had to do with the clutch (and the clutch oil).
  • Decisions had to be made. Fadhil didn't want to call his dad YET.
  • Michelle JL, Zainul, Wilson and Daus were there. Wilson, me and Jin Ling decided to go to a workshop for the clutch oil, using Wilson's Vitara, and perhaps, get a mechanic to come to Fadhil's stranded vehicle.
  • Shops after shops, we finally found a workshop that actually sells clutch oil, and Michelle JL managed to haggle (using her very good chinese language haha) with the workshopwoman and easily made them accept our request of bringing one of her mechanics to school free of charge! HAHA.
  • One of the shops we visited, Michelle JL spoke to a mechanic in that workshop in chinese, and Wilson and I, not undersanding any words they were saying, only managed to catch the word 'tyre', but instantly figured out what the mechanic had said: "We only sell tyres." HAHA.
  • But upon reaching school, and meeting the other Michelle (Michelle YP, who was there to accompany Fadhil), my dad soon called and I had to go home.
  • I also managed to pose for the camera, sitaie jadi mechanic HAHA. Thanks Daus for taking the pictures! ;D

  • HAHAHAHA.

Tu on the bottom right corner ada a squashed dead cicak on the floor.

Fadhil told me later in the night that it DID have something to do with the clutch and his dad came to school to get the car at around 6-7 PM.

Speaking of cars, when I reached home, I asked my dad if I could go for a short ride with his car, around the kampung, but he immediately said NO. -.-

But this morning, before going to the Padang Kebajikan, he actually asked me if I wanted to drive to the Padang, VERY MUCH to my disbelief. But I'm a coward, so I declined HAHA. I told him that I'm not ready to drive on a big road yet, pasal banyak kereta. But he said, "Masa pagi mana banyak kereta ni. Drive sampai Mata-mata kah saja.", but again, I declined his offer.

When we reached home, I asked him again if I could drive around in the kampung, 'untuk biasakan' myself with driving, thinking that he would agree, since he was nice enough to offer me to drive ke Padang Kebajikan earlier. He still said no. -.-

    ... -.-

His argument was that he didn't want me to drive alone yet, as he wasn't keen on sitting on the passenger seat while I'm driving like an amateur around the kampung, he'd rather have me driving to Padang Kebajikan with him, and then tarus jogging.

Anyway, I've signed up for the Lesen L, or the Temporary License! :D I was supposed to get it earlier this week, but I only received it today from my dad.

    WOOOO! HAHA *skadar*

Sorry anyway, I forgot to rotate the pic. HAHA.
