Fixing a Hole

Just to add to my point in the previous post, I used to think that depression was solely a result of excessive self-doubt, or low self-esteem, or anything like that. So if you have that thought in mind, I think that stereotype should be thrown away as as (I think) I understand it, depression is more to do with the chemicals in the brain. Or as mentioned in my previous post, depression as the “manifestation of a chemical imbalance in the brain.”

Following what I just said, I’d think that depression isn’t as uncommon now. Also as mentioned in my previous post, “taking medicine” isn’t such a fitting option for a case of mild depression (if you think you might have one), so keep those exercises going, eat well, sleep well and keep being around people you love!

P.S. First paper in 10 days; I should seriously start focusing on my revisions now! I keep forgetting that it’s the government who’s paying me.
